Microsoft Forms

Copnor Primary School request permissions from parents / carers using Microsoft Forms.

The forms are all electronic and require a digital signature only, which means no printing out of forms, remembering to hand them in and not lose them either on the way home, at home or on the way into school.
We will not be sending out letters asking for permission for every single event, instead, you will receive a letter informing you about the event and what it will involve. On the rare occasion you may receive a printed permission form.

The permissions will last for the entire length of time your child is on roll at Copnor Primary School. Please note that you are able to change your permission for any of the statements in the forms at any time by contacting a member of the Admin Team.
